What is Teal Equity?
Teal Equity is an investment group which specializes in real estate. We are building a network of individuals who are interested in pooling equity and liquidity together to finance the purchase, renovation, and improvement of assets in the San Antonio, TX Area.
Our plan is to focus on single family assets in the markets around San Antonio, TX. We would like to answer any questions you may have about this process. Brad Pearson
Brad is the founder of Teal Equity. He is a husband and father of two who was born and raised in the San Antonio area.
He has been in IT operations since 2008. For 10 of those years, he was in a leadership role at a web hosting company. During his time in web hosting, he was responsible for a multi-million dollar facility with over 2000 clients. More responsibilities include coordinating with third party vendors, tracking CapEx and OpEx, as well as project and facility management. Brad is currently focusing on operational excellence in a lead role on a cloud admin team for a government contract.
